CORPORATE LEASE   Invoice is sent directly to the customer's employer or apartment community pending credit approval from VFR, Inc. Leases are then signed by the employer's company or apartment management.
     
INDIVIDUAL LEASE   Contract is made with the individual resident and all rent/fees are collected from the resident and are made payable to VFR, Inc.
     
DELIVERY CHARGE   A one-time fee ranging starting at $40.00 Delivery fees vary depending on location, please call our office for an estimate.
