Corporate Lease
Customized direct billing or credit card billing for corporate accounts.
Individual Lease
Contact is made with the individual resident and all rent/fees are collected from the resident.
Delivery Charge
A one-time delivery charge will be added for delivery, set-up and pick-up of the Furniture. Once approved, we can generally deliver within 24-48 hours.
Relocation
Insured Policy Home Owners & Individual or Group Relocation
We work closely with insurance companies and your adjuster to ensure you have furnishings in your temporary apartment or home. We are trained to help HR departments with logistics in relocating employees on temporary or long term assignments with all their furniture and furnishing needs.

Credit Approval Process:
Van Deventer performs credit checks on our customers to ensure credit worthiness. Our credit check is quick and easy - just fill out our short credit application. We’ll verify your application with Trans Union and/or Equifax (credit reporting agencies) within minutes and have your furniture delivered within 24 to 48 hours if needed. If your employer will be paying the invoice on your behalf, please contact our office for the Corporate Credit Application. Please note a valid Federal Tax ID and Dunn and Bradstreet number are required.
